Shipping, Exchanges & Returns - 2020
My Order
All shirts are screen printed by hand to order with non-toxic water based inks. Because of the nature of the printing process each piece is a bit unique and ink colors are mixed by hand. There could be some very slight variations in color when you receive your shirt.
One Day Order Processing Time
All Spunky Pineapple orders are printed and shipped out within 24 hours of order receipt. The only exception to this is Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders all ship on Monday. We need some beach time on the weekend ya know!!
Shipping
All Spunky Pineapple shipments ship free via USPS, first class mail. Generally it takes 3-5 days for you to receive your order. Depending on how far away you are from sunny Florida. Generally west coast shipments take 3 to 4 days and midwest and east coast shipments generally take 2 to 3 days to arrive. Upgraded shipping with FedEx 2 day takes 2 days to arrive.
Payment
All major credit cards, amazon pay, applepay and paypal are accepted. All items require payment in full before shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Don’t love it? Exchange it for free (within USA - includes Hawaii & Alaska). Spunky Pineapple will gladly exchange unworn products within 15 days from receipt of shipment. Please send a message for details.
